Melissa Grzanka

Melissa (Collins) Grzanka was born and raised in Michigan, where she still currently resides, and married the love of her life in October of 2014. As a dedicated martial artist and three time world champion through the World Karate and Kickboxing Association, Melissa believes it is important to present strong, relatable heroines within her story. After many years of writing scintillating short stories, she found herself working on the personalities and races that would later become the characters of Myatheira. An avid fan of fantasy works ranging from classic tabletop games to surreal adventure movies, Melissa is inspired by the imagination of her fellow writers and enjoys creating a world into which the readers can disappear and let their imaginations run wild.
